Charles Kemper holds an engineering degree from the Polytechnical
School of the University of Brussels where he started his
career as assistant professor in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.

Olivier François, VP Business Development
Started his career in Asia with different assignments with Arthur Andersen and BP. Joined Citicorp (Citigroup) in London in 1990 (Financial Engineering Division). Was transferred to the Citigroup Belgian office in 1993 as a Senior Banker, Corporate and Investment Bank Division, responsible for large corporate accounts in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Has held different management positions within Citigroup over 15 years.
Olivier Francois holds a business degree from the Solvay Business School(1987).
Michel de Lannoy, CFO
Has held various management positions in audit (KPMG), as credit controller and in launching a trade financing subsidiary (The Royal Bank of Canada Trade Finance), in international credits, corporate, marketing, correspondent banking and coaching (Fortis Bank HQ-Belgium & abroad).
