Has held various executive and managerial positions (industry: GIS, Document Management, CAD/CAM, Consumer Electronics): Executive VP in Sales and Marketing with Brics/Brics Net, Managing Director for Integraph (Benelux with $100 millions revenue), Group Manager for Philips Consumer Electronics, Technical Consultant for GE Calma, ComputerVision and Gerber Systems Technologies.
Charles Kemper holds an engineering degree from the Polytechnical School of the University of Brussels where he started his career as assistant professor in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.

Jean-Jacques De Gheyndt, Pre & Post Sales Manager

Has held several project management and IT management positions both in Security and IT Operations. (Industry: Chief Information Security Officer at the Solvay Group; Operations Director for Continental Europe at Synstar Business Continuity; Operations Director Belgium-Netherlands-Germany at ECS).Jean-Jacques De Gheyndt holds a PhD in Theoretical Sciences, from the ‘Université Libre de Bruxelles’ where he started his career as a FNRS fellow.

Wilfried Boes, VP Engineering

Has held various technical and project management functions. (Industry: Electronics, CAD/CAM, Automobile, Aerospace, PDM, IT consulting)
Bell, Computervision , Cap Gemini, Parametric Technologies. Wilfried has a master degree in Physics and a second one in computer science from KUL University Belgium.

Olivier François, VP Business Development

Started his career in Asia with different assignments with Arthur Andersen and BP. Joined Citicorp (Citigroup) in London in 1990 (Financial Engineering Division). Was transferred to the Citigroup Belgian office in 1993 as a Senior Banker, Corporate and Investment Bank Division, responsible for large corporate accounts in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Has held different management positions within Citigroup over 15 years. Olivier Francois holds a business degree from the Solvay Business School(1987).

Michel de Lannoy, CFO

Has held various management positions in audit (KPMG), as credit controller and in launching a trade financing subsidiary (The Royal Bank of Canada Trade Finance), in international credits, corporate, marketing, correspondent banking and coaching (Fortis Bank HQ-Belgium & abroad). Michel de Lannoy holds a level business degree from Louvain School of Management (IAG - UCL).
